Clinic Summer Program

We just returned from the first summer session of the Clinic's

program. What an awesome experience! We can't say enough about it. It was

wonderful. From the minute we walked in their doors we knew we were in the

right

place. After having to work so hard to get services for your child, having to

hold everyone's hand from the medical professionals to the school personnel,

always having to double check, follow up, juggle appointments and runaround...

it was nice to be surrounded by people who knew what they were doing. The

staff at JTC was so welcoming, supportive, caring and seemed to anticipate every

question we could possibly think of. The amount of individualized attention

for each child and family is amazing. Like I said, we can't say enough good

things. I just wanted to share this with all of you should you ever have the

opportunity to attend or if you were considering it.

Now that we're back home in Virginia we're trying to back into the normal

routine. Ugh... no fun... We have our first eligibility meeting and IEP in a

few

weeks!
