LOL, . :-) HOw about " buffalo " wings...heheheh..

I figured we'd just have chips and salsa, burgers, chicken, corn on

the cob and some strawberry desserts (strawberries are sooo good

right now) Unless I can think of something easy and point friendly.

I'll be coming home from work at 6 so I won't have much time to

prepare.

I have tried elk before, though...my boss used to go up Montana and

hunt and he'd bring back elk steaks and elk salami. I only tried it

once but then I kept thinking about the poor elk and I couldn't eat

anymore. :-(

Hey Riza, I have a good variation on buffalo wings that is pretty simple and

point friendly. Take chicken tenderloin strips, dredge in flour, dip in buffalo

wing sauce (Texas Pete make a good one), coat with bread crumbs and bake at 375

for 20-25 minutes. Serve with FF blue cheese dressing for dipping (We like Wish

Bone FF bluecheese). YUM!

Riza.... you can find them in both... i love tyson individually frozen tenders...(they have something on them so they dont get freezer burnt in the big bag... plus they are injected with alittle broth to make them super juicy when defrosted) or you can find tenders in the regular chicken area... or if you cant find either, you can use breasts and just slice them up into strips... good luck!

They are in the meat counter next to the boneless chicken breasts. They are

usually the same price as the breasts. If you can't find the tenderloins, you

can just cut your boneless/skinless chicken breasts into 1 " wide strips.

Thanks , I couldn't find any so I did just that--sliced up some

chicken breasts. I'm going to make these tonight and also have some

taquitos, chips, salsa, guacamole, and burgers. Still deciding on

dessert.

GO KINGS!!! boo Lakers (boo! hiss!)
