Guest guest
(((Weezie)))) If you cut back to 6 - 8 glasses or water and no more, and it helps, it was the problem. Also, I am on a low sodium diet and am allowed 2000 mg sodium daily. I try to get it close to that figure now that I am drinking 6 glasses (now) of water daily. The average person who does not have high blood pressure is advised to have about 2500 mg sodium daily (the average person is said to overdo it a lot - about 3500 a day! If you still don't feel better, please have a doctor check your blood pressure? (I care what happens to you, and am tempted to ask you to promise....*smile*) It may be you are having too much salt in your diet, as that can cause vertigo in some people...If it has something to do with your changes, the doc may have you take a special vitamin or prescription, too. Cherie Subject: Re: Weezie - I had a similar problem... I will give it a try. Anything to help me. Thanks a lot. I thought maybe it was cuz I was over tired. I've been waking up soooo early in the morning and for me that ain't normal. I used to sleep in until like about 10 AM. Darned menopause!!!!! Guest guest
Not to be a downer here, but you can also go into a diabetic coma if your blood sugar gets too low...and that can kill you! Im just a pest at people getting checked out and making sure things are ok because I work as a CNA/PCA/HHA in Home Health Care in an Assisted Living Facility (for 19 years now) and I see this stuff ALL the time...most of my clients are diabetics and I have seen what can go wrong...Please get your blood chemistry checked Weezie!! Shae Weezie - Re: I had a similar problem... LOL Weezie,I'm glad you're feeling much better. But please consider getting checked for Diabetes! I know some people with adult onset diabetes and like someone said before, all their symptoms were different! I don't want it to go unnoticed in case you have it and you end up fainting or (gasp!) losing a limb (which has happened to some diabetics)sorry for nagging, :-)-riza
