This is interesting and may explain why I have had the most stubborn

congestion of fleghm in my chest and sinuses since I started SCD 3

wks ago. I have been thinking that it was a die off reaction and

this info confirms that idea a little further. Everything gets worse

before it gets better so what I'm doing must be working.

However we all must realize that there are good reasons that soy is not included

in the Specific carbohydrate Diet.

There are indigestible matter in it.

Deborah writes:

Soy is illegal except for lecithin derived from it, although I don't know why

people would want to use it. Soy is not only illegal (I'm sure some carbs are in

the protein products, unlike in the oil, which I'd also avoid like the plague),

but *very nasty stuff*.
