Something my doc told me when mine was going up and down was that it's not

really anything you can

do or not do to actually make it go up or down but that your tiredness is the

result of that. All

the resting in the world won't actually make the count go down but you'll feel

better! Also,

though, CPK can go up through things like falling, injections, or bruises. So

now we shall see what

mine does next time!!!! I can't imagine your doing as much as your doing with

a CPK that high!

Good thing for medicines isn't it!

You're so creative--wish I was 1/2 as much but then maybe if I was I'd have even

more stuff to dust!

Some of us folks who volunteer at the clothing bank I've spoken of some got

together at one of the

gals' house. We all admired how cute it was. It was her great grandmother's

house and was built in

the early 1880's---that's definitely pioneer for here and is kept up so nicely.

One of the other

gals and I just looked at each other and sighed wishing we had the kind of

creativity to decorate so

originally.

Congrats to Kylie on her school stuff! Yesterday my husband was listening to

the local radio

station where one of his former students is a news/talk director. this guy,

Kenny, was talking

about his memories of school saying one of his favorite classes was science (my

hubby's class) but

that he wasn't necessarily an A student. Jim said he wasn't and that he was so

quiet he never

expected him to become a radio talker!! However, I think he takes after his

grandmother, who I

taught school with in another school--she's quite a talker. Anyway, kids don't

have to be top A

students to get somewhere when they're adults either--just in case Kylie runs

into a B or C grade

sometime!!

Be a good girl, get your rest but enjoy those kids cause it's like Sue says,

blink twice and they're

grown!!! Never mind what Lynn and Sue say about when they're married they don't

" belong to you "

anymore I wish my bachy son Marc could find a good girl who likes country

life!!! My sister-in-law

had the best attitude about her kids' boy/girl friends--she said I decided I'd

like each from the

start because how do I know which one will later become son/daughter-in-law.

Great verdict for that van Dam girl's killer!!! Lately we've had 3 people

killed here in car

accidents by hit/run drivers---all w/o license, legal papers, or insurance and

one with two previous

DUI/habitual criminal convictions. That just ticks me off!!!
