Hi le,

I have a treadmill, but don't use it very often. My favorite exercise is

walking.

I have a bicycle, which I use for both exercise and transportation. In

the basement I have an AbLounger, a heavy bag, and a speed bag.

I was wondering what sports equipment you like to use to stay fit and

the reasons for it. Thanks for the replies, le Spice, Ontario,

I love this. Thanks for posting it.

I'm making Leaps of Faith today. My throat started getting sore yesterday.

I knew a cold was on the way. I started using my magic sore throat remedy.

Felt awful when I woke up this morning, didn't want to get up, but knew that

I had to. We went for breakfast, then some shopping. Now I'm feeling

better. Don't have time for a cold to get me down.

I have an exercise ball. That's all I use. You can pretty much do

anything with it. I don't do a lot of structured exercise...with my

job, I get enough, and I plan on coaching varsity cheerleading next

year so I'll get plenty there too. :o) I don't like to exercise.

LOL If I can fit it into somthing I'm already doing and not have to

make extra time for it or do specific routines, I'm good. My husband

and son both ride their bikes and like to hike. (I sound like Dr

Seuss! lmao) Good luck, all!

I use a Smooth 7.1HR Power Folding Treadmill. It's downstairs in front of a TV

and stereo and

I'll walk for 45 minutes three or four times a week using the pre-programmed

weight loss

setting (alternating 2 minutes slower speed/incline, 2 minutes faster

speed/incline).

Occasionally, I'll go out to walk around a nearby lake (3.25 miles), but with

the treadmill I

never have to worry about weather or time of day.

I don't need equipment at all.

I get plenty of exercise from:

Running around in circles

Jumping to conclusions

Making leaps of faith

Rolling on the floor, laughing

Leaping through hoops

Driving everyone crazy

Pushing other's buttons

Wringing my hands

and

Tossing and turning...
