Guest guest
a, Fact plus is not the most sensitive of the HPT's out there. Try not to read to much into the absence of symptoms. I didn't have any right away with this pregnancy either. I know it's natural to be frightened, but just try and not worry. Your B/W should give you some piece of mind. Congrat's on the +++ test though, that's the first step! (((HUGS)))
Guest guest
Dear a, I can only say I am thinking about you. While reading your story I felt as if it was september again for me (when I had my second EP). I was also very nervous and scared and every minute seemed one to many! I wanted to know now and not the next day! I hope your day will be busy so you won't have to much time to think. I wish you all the strength today and the next days and I HOPE that everything turns out ok!!! I feel I want to tell you so much, but I cannot put it in the right words (why was I ever born in a dutchspeeking country ;o)) a, I hope you can feel the strength I send you in this mail! Big hug!!! Love, Saskia mommy of two angels Stefaan and http://www.geocities.com/svaneyge ps: You know ... when other women around me get pregnant I only feel envy, with you guys it feels so different. I don't mind you all being pregnant. > The short story is: I had a +HPT this morning. I will find out the > results of b/w this afternoon, I hope. > > The long story is I am petrified. Guest guest
Dear Saskia - Thank you so much for your kind words. I will try to feel your strength, and I must say you are an incredibly strong woman. That's what surprises me (in a good way) about the women I met here. Some of them have lost so much, and still they have so much love and strength to share with others. This is my second pg, but I have lost the innocence with the ep. When I found out I was pg the first time, I was so hopeful - now I am scared, b/c I know what can happen. I am even more scared b/c I know (or at least I am pretty sure) I have ovulated from my right side, my ep side. But, it's really out of my control, isn't it? I will have to accept whatever happens. a PS Your english is perfect - you have nothing to keep apologizing for! > Dear a, > > I can only say I am thinking about you. > While reading your story I felt as if it was september again for me > (when I had my second EP). Guest guest
a, First, {{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}}, you need those cause I can just " hear " the fear in your " voice " . I know I don't have any magic words for you, but let me try to comfort you...A positive HPT on 14dpo is a GOOD, GOOD thing. Many women with uterine pg's don't get them even that early, so I would think am ectopic would take even longer to show up. I know the cramping must be scary, but, hun, it is also a completely normal uterine pg symptom. Soooo many women think af is coming because of the cramping associated with pg, so try not to dwell on them as being a bad thing. It is very early still to be feeling many of the " typical " pg signs, nausea, sore bbs, etc. AND some women NEVER feel any of them at all and have very healthy pgs. So try not to get yourself so worked up before you even know if anything is wrong. I know, I know, it is so hard to do, but all this worrying isn't going to do you or the baby any good. So try okay? You can do it, I know you can. As far as how are you going to make it to Monday?...with us, that's how. Whenever you feel like you can't take it anymore, come here and tell us all about it. I will check in on you often over the weekend, okay? So just remember that you are not alone. I will keep you and your precious little one in my thoughts and prayers. -AmyR
Guest guest
Thank you Amy. I will really need the support of everybody here. We are visiting my SIL in SF this weekend, and I probably won't be able to get online. I am experiencing more of my normal AF symptoms - what feels like " itchy " ovaries. Maybe the HPT gave a false +... Five more hours to wait... a > a, > > First, {{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}}, you need those cause I can > just " hear " the fear in your " voice " . > > I know I don't have any magic words for you, but let me try to > comfort you...A positive HPT on 14dpo is a GOOD, GOOD thing. Guest guest
Thanks Pam. How are you feeling yourself? I don't post as much as you used to, but I suppose it's a good sign. a > a > > Try to think positive. thats awesome you got the +HPT. I has no real > pg signs way after 18dpo. Guest guest
a, Sorry, I VERY briefly skimmed over your message and didn't really catch the gist of it.... that's great that you got a positive HPT!!!! Unfortunately, now comes the hard part, PATIENCE. Are you supposed the get the hcg results back today? This must be so tough for you. I know it's hard, try to keep busy till the results come in. Sending lots of prayers and baby dust your way!!!! maria Re: I am scared > a > > Try to think positive. thats awesome you got the +HPT. I has no real > pg signs way after 18dpo. Guest guest
- You are right - I just looked up the numbers Amy posted, and it's the least sensitive HPT. I should have known - I got it cheap at Costco. I feel a little better, but I will feel better if I get good numbers. a > a, > > Fact plus is not the most sensitive of the HPT's out there. Guest guest
Wow, a, That is great news! I haven't read far enough to see if you got your results yet, but I'm wishing you a very strong number. I know how you must feel--it's hard not to get freaked out--but don't let lack of symptoms bum you out. There are many people that don't get symptoms until later on. Plus, a really good thing is that you just had another HSG and it showed that your tubes are clear. Wishing you the best,
Guest guest
Thank you . Yes, it is hard not to stress out when I am constantly trying to compare the numbers to my ep numbers. I have to wait til next Friday to find out how they are rising! Argh. a > Wow, a, > > That is great news!
