Guest guest
I would offer that you can just replace the sugar in the pie recipe with splenda or any other type of sugar sub that you like. I dont bake pies (the guys here dont eat them) so... An apple pie will never be " sugar free " as apples are full of sugar =) but they will be no sugar added! Angelia in OR who loves baked apples with honey and cinnamon on them!!! ----- Original Message ----- From: " " >I was wondering if anyone had I good sugarfree apple pie recipe they > wouldn't mine sharing )

Guest guest
However, many (not all) diabetics find that frutcose does not make their BS go up as much as other forms of sugar. Guest guest
Very true! I can eat raw fruits and even my home canned fruits (without sugar) without having issues with blood sugar... But... If I was to use the refined frutcose that one can buy in the store, it shoots my numbers right up... I think that the fiber in the fruit helps...
