Guest guest
a: Wow! Seven miles! Some Walk-a-thons are not that long. I am really impressed you did that much; my feet would have been killing me. Congrats. Lois
Guest guest
, I had my surgery in the winter, so I paced around the house....a LOT. Whatever walking you can do...around the block, around the mall. The point is, moving is moving! Guest guest
There must be 20 fast food places within five minutes of my house here in suburban southern NJ. But, lots of good restaurants, too. And movie theaters. And if we drive ten minutes, we're in Philly, where there is everything imaginable. If we go 40 minutes in the other direction, we are deep in the NJ woods called the Pinelands. If we drive one hour, we are at the beach. If we drive 1.5 hours, we are in Amish country. If we drive 3 hours, we're in the Pocono mountains. About 2 hours to NYC. We kind of have everything within driving distance. ann <-- In South-Beach-Diet-Getting-It-Right , <krndolan@y...> wrote: > > Hi Chcuk... > > Well at least the fast food places are 20 miles > away...
