Bunny, I am so sorry! I hope she gets the help she needs soon! I can't

believe that they aren't getting on this thing right away. My prayers are

with you. Cheryl in CA

Subject: In need of Prayers

I haven't been posting much lately because I feel like I'm drowning in

sorrow. You know that my student of three years was killed two weeks ago.

About the same time my niece , began having some problems. She is 16

y.o. She was attending junior college and working as a pharmacy asst. She

has already finished high school. A couple of weeks ago she passed out while

riding in the back seat of a car. It was just for a few seconds. Two weeks

ago, she started complaining of not feeling like herself. She said that she

didn't feel normal, something was wrong with her. She fainted one more time

at work. The pharmacist said that she seemed to be reacting slow, not her

usual sharp self. My sister lives near Loma and that's where they took

her. Not much help, ran a CT-scan, blood work, couldn't find anything. Told

my sister and her husband to take her home and try to get into a

neurologist. The first available neuro appt was in MAY! My sis wanted an

MRI. They said that Loma L. was full, but they would call if a cancellation

came up! still acted funny. They took her to the ER again at Loma

. A psychologist talked to her and said that they couldnt find anything

wrong. My sis and her hubby kept saying that wasn't acting normal.

She kept fixating on a few things and asking the same questions over and

over. She kept saying that she didnt feel like herself. Loma sent them home

and said well, if she faints again come back. This morning she fainted

again. Thank God that they took her back to the ER. My sister called and

said had a major seizure while in the ER. She foamed at the mouth,

lips turned blue, etc. This just happened a few hours ago. Now all of a

sudden the docs are interested. They are sedating her and taking her to the

MRI now.
