I really didn't fall the second time--well, I didn't get all the way to the

ground. I was just

testing my leg strength. What happened was that I managed to put my " cat

scratch " hand onto the

curb (it was well bandaged) I was stepping over and steady myself. Never

touched the ground other

than with my feet!

Yes, I shall promise to try to be good--don't know how long I'll succeed.

Hot here again--close to 100 but was cooler quite a bit this week. We shall

have ping-pong

temperature days they say with a " Northern Clipper " coming in during the night

tonight and will make

tomorrow 20º cooler--yeah!!! And to remain cooler next week except for one 90+

day---this is all if

the weather people know what they're talking about.

Made a Spicy Zucchini Pineapple Cake today. Been enjoying western Colorado

fresh peaches and should

get some pears next week. Yum my favorite fruits besides blueberries and

strawberries and

raspberries. Bananas and melons make my mouth itch.

Now that I'm down to 4 mg it is sniff, sniff, sneeze, sneeze, itch the eyes

season again. No problem

since 1997 so will be off to see my allergist Monday. Amazingly, I haven't been

in for shots or

anything since diagnosis because he said no shots etc while on cortisone.

And....the same

receptionist is still there--makes explaining things so much easier. I'm on 2

60 mg allegras a day

but it only helps part of the time!
