Guest guest
Hi: I finally ended up going outside my insurance network in order to see an endocrinologist. I would still be waiting for a referral from my pcp. So, I saw this specialist on Thursday and she ordered all these blood test to check my hormones. She also said that my endometrium is thin, but not enough to be concerned about. I'm getting the blood work done on Wed, but I know my body it's not my hormones that are out of whack. She didn't want to even consider Asherman's until she gets the results back--even though my gyn had. She did say that I may have some scarring and that a hysteroscopy may have to be performed to determine it. Isn't any scarring Asherman's?? Then why would she not consider Asherman's, but consider scarring? I'm confused. Can anyone help clarify all this? Thanks,
