Guest guest
hello, Maltodextrin is a sweat, easily digested carbohydrate made from cornstarch. Maltodextrine, or starch, is a glucose polymer, a complex carbohydrate, a large molecule made by linking together long chains of sugar molecules. MALTODEXTRIN MATLODEXTRINE MALTODEXTROSE (all the same this) are sugars. they are not made from gluten containing ingredients. from the description above it is made from corn starch. whey is from milk other confusing ingredients can involve glutamate which is a flavor enhancer(more or less like salt) Glutamate is a naturally occurring amino acid that is found in nearly all foods, especially high protein foods such as dairy products, meat and fish and in many vegetables. don't be confused by names that sound like they may have gluten, like the ones listed above. its hard enough to find products that do not contain gluten. and then to count out maltodextrin(which is in a lot of things) would make it almost impossible to shop in a regular grocery store or anywhere other that your garden. cm Yahoo!
