Guest guest
My tubes are clear! Both of them! I was expecting the worst - only in Dec I had an HSG which showed my left (non-ep) tube was blocked. I went in prepared for a long, long test and wire guide canalization. Well, in two minutes, the test was over and both tubes were flowing. The first test was a torture - I was in there for 20 min with a catheter in me, and a balloon pressing on the cervix, ugh, the pain, the emotional devastation. My husband insists all along that he knew the first test was bogus. However, I really believed the first radiologist when he said there is no real chance that the test gave a false result (despite the fact that he pumped the dye into my veins first, instead of the tubes, and left me in a very uncomfortable position for 10-15 min while he examined another patient). I can't tell you how relieved I am. And, this dr told me the therapeutic effects of HSG on fertility should last 6 months. We are off to bd land! a
