My 7 y.o. son had his 3rd round of ALA (very low dosages on all 3

rounds....the last round was 7.5mg/3 hourly and that was tops he's ever had.

He's been given to crying spells, too. For example, he wakes up and thinks

of something sad, gets tearful, then gets over it.

He's had 10 rounds with DMSA so I'd have thought the body Hg was cleared

(especially as urine tests who no Hg) but I'm very worried about the crying.

I think some adults have said they get emotional on ALA, however.

My daughter gets quite tearful at times on ALA, especially on the first day of

the round.
