Guest guest Posted July 21, 2010 Report Share Posted July 21, 2010 I LOVE Intuitive Eating and did not realize how fixated I am about my weight, body size etc. until I started working with this book. I am still struggling with doing body checks and subtly counting calories. I think this is going to be a process. I just got diagnosed a diabetic and now I must eat small meals 6 times a day. I know there's a way to incorporate IE and a meal plan. Not falling into a subtle dieting mode while telling myself that I'm just following a plan to stabilize my blood sugar will be the challenge. if any of you are diabetic I'd appreciate hearing any suggestions you would offer.
