Guest guest
Melisa, thanks. is my middle son. My oldest is 7 and is a huge help. He actually got himself and his 3-yr-old brother a snack while I kept outside on the swings :-) He even said, " Mommy, I made sure all is cleaned up and no crumbs " I don't know what I'd do without him. His little brother is a different story . He wanted to give ketchup to go with his hotdog today LOL He cried and said, " but wants ketchup! " I hope I make it through this ARGH! Emma > Hi, It took my son about a week before he stopped saying he was hungry. It think it was a two fold issue. One time for the ketosis to set in fully and take the hunger feeling away and secondly time for him so get used to not eating whenever he felt like it. Don't know if your keto kid is your oldest or youngest but getting my oldest on board to support and encourage my keto kid has helped tremendously. Also there are things we just still don't eat around him. Can't say if that is good or bad. Good Luck. Melisa >
Guest guest
My keto kid is 5 and my other one is 3. I told her all about Gerry's " magic food " and how that was all he could eat. I also told her that she was NOT to share her food or to let Gerry eat hers. now, every time I cook she asks if it's Gerry's magic eggs, magic soup etc....You could try that with your little one. > Melisa, > thanks. is my middle son.
