Guest guest
I've been exploring GF foods with a vengeance and wanted to share some of my best finds: 1. Pamela's brownie mix. YUM!!! Tastes like the real thing! I made the version with butter and extra chocolate chips. Next time I will try using applesauce. 2. Blue Diamond Nut Thins. These are crispy little crackers made from rice, potato and nuts. I've tried pecan and they were delicious! They also come in almond, smoked almond, hazelnut, walnut... Also gives you protein, so I don't feel like it's "empty calories." 3. Nana's Cookie Bars. I haven't actually tried these yet, but they look delicious. 4. Mariposa Bakery in Oakland makes GF brownies and biscotti. You can order online at www.mariposabaking.com. You can order a bag of broken pieces and ends of biscotti for about $5. If anybody tries it, please let me know! Trudy
Guest guest
I figured I'd chime in since I found Nana's cookie bars on a recent trip to LA. Nana's are WONDERFUL!! My non-celiac friends thought they were great too. They are moist and yummy and the flavors are great! Lizz Yummy finds! > I've been exploring GF foods with a vengeance and wanted to share > some of my best finds: > 1. Pamela's brownie mix. YUM!!! Tastes like the real thing!
