Great job, Levona!! That is AWESOME!! Sounds like you got a great workout! I guess Melody's not ALL bad after all. LOL Seriously, congratulations on your hard work!! And I'm not just saying that because we're teammates. :) I know how hard it is to exercise, so I am very proud of you!!

Incidentally, is there a sauna at this gym? I was thinking how "unfortunate" it would be for Melody to be "accidentally" trapped inside for a few extra minutes...it might make her a little too "groggy" to think up any more weird or overly-strenuous challenges for the remainder of this contest. Then again, she might lose too much brain function and not add up the Twisters' points correctly. Hmmm. Talk about your moral dilemmas, huh? LOL

PS: I'm still working on getting in a 3 hour workout :( managed 2 hours 45 minutes on Wednesday and 2 1/2 hours today (plus the 45 minutes of cardio yesterday) Maybe I'll get it up to 3 hours tomorrow?? LOL I did increase my sets on the weight machines from 2 sets of 12 to 3 sets of 12 (also increased all weights 5 more pounds) and my floor exercises are up to 45 situps and 45 crunches.....

Why is it that I can go for an hour on the treadmill, but can't seem to get past 5 minutes on that elliptical machine???? It's pissin' me off! Ya'll know how I HATE not being able to do something! grrrr!!

ROFLOL Karla! As a matter of fact there IS a sauna there.......HOWEVER (*evil laughter*) it's been broken for several weeks - apparently they can't figure out what's wrong with it or having trouble getting parts or something .......just solved your little "moral delimma" for ya :)

Melody is turning into my personal trainer. She helps me figure out how I can get in the weight machines. Moves the weights around, sets the machines etc. I could not do it right now without her there to help me.
