Guest guest
so hi, i'm new, my name is Ann, i found out i had a septated uterus on friday morning from the MRI tech and now my doctor tells me its not written that way in is report that was sent to him friday evening, I was gearing up my confidence for the surgery and my husband and i were somewhat relieved that maybe the septum was the easier problem to deal with, now i'm back to where i was before friday, i have no children yet, had a missed misscariage and D & C 7 weeks ago. its been a rough ride, but i am a positive person, trying to keep up my confidence. my doctor is calling me tommorrow to tell me if theres a septum or not, he is having the radiologist at the hospital look at my MRI films to determine the situation. my question is what situation is better to deal with really, if my uterus is bicornuate, what are my chances for carrying to term, or carrying at all. I'm 35 and very anxious about all this, i had one panic attack sunday night and i have felt fine since but i don't have answers and thats really hard. if i have a septum how do i decide who should do the surgery, should i go with my doctor if he says hes done the surgery before or should i seek out a specialist in nyc, near where i reside.
