Guest guest
I use water a lot of times. I cook egg beaters in water. Takes getting used to, but it works. Also, I use Promise Fat Free margarine. I also just found a rice margarine that is only 3g fat per svg. Rice pasta is also fat free, as well as certain pasta sauces. And butter ball puts out a fat free turkey breast, found fat free gravy, etc. So there is stuff out there, its just i find i have to hunt around for it. I was curious, how many grams of fat is everyone doing daily? I do 2-6 at the MAX. More than that and I am in pain. Marti
Guest guest
Marti, I am allowed up to 30 grams of fat a day. I usually do not eat that much. If I have had to much fat I get this horrible full feeling. It is this pressure that seems to never end. I drink Boost along with eating to gain weight and it has only 4grams in a can. But mt GI wanted me to try the Boost plus. Forget that, it has 14 gm per can. I would not be able to eat food. I have found many foods that are fat free, Special K cereal is great.Entemans (spelling??) are great too. I use the egg substitutes alot. Make my own version of an egg mcmuffin. I find that I eat more breakfast type foods, because I can find more fat free stuff. But what really is getting old is having to cook two meals. My families and then mine. I take a chicken breast to family get to togethers. Cheryl > I use water a lot of times. I cook egg beaters in water.
