Pain Medication and teething

Hi everyone. Does anyone know of a keto friendly pain medication to

use for a 23 month old. Logan is having a terrible time getting his 2

year molars. He has had an awful time with each and every tooth he

has gotten. I have been given him feverall and it might work or take

the edge off for a short time. He is up alot at night. So....fever,

pain and poor sleep of course are giving him seizures eventhough his

ketones are fine. (is not as bad as before the diet) Also no changes

have been made. I want to call his pediatrician to get something

stronger. Any ideas would be appreciated for pain and sleep.
