a -- Maybe I missed this somewhere, but.... How long has it been since

you last did the SBD? You mention that you lost 20 pounds and all BUT 5-9

pounds of it back (interesting choice of numbers) so losing less this time

around makes sense.

Remember too that the last 10 or so pounds takes more time to lose. If you

lost twenty, gained back 15, and have lost another 4, that puts you right

back at 11 pounds over -- basically the final 10 pounds.

You mention adding back brown rice and whole wheat pasta -- that's quite a

double whammy for just re-entering phase 2. Even the plan only recommends

adding back 1 starch and 1 fruit. One of the key things in P2 is testing

the waters with what you eat and backing away from things that stymie your

weight loss efforts.

Something that might be worth trying -- phase 1.5. The typical phase 1.5 is

phase 1 plus a piece of fruit during the day. A lot of folks do this and

find it works out well for them.

And of course, you'll want to be patient. :) The second time around the

weight will probably come off a tad slower and things seem to be a bit

different the second bout as well. With only 11 pounds more to go (or less)

you'll get there -- it might just take a couple of months.
