Guest guest
Thank you to who ever posted the information on Fitday.com. I am learning a lot about my " real " habits - it's been a good eye opener. I think I am eating too much fat. I love peanut butter - try to keep it to a minimum but it feels healthy and really fills me up. My favorite is an apple with peanut butter. My question is what is a good % breakdown for protein, carbs and fats? I am running about 36% protein, 22% carbs and 42% protein. I'm thinking i need to switch the protein and fats! Anyone's input would be appreciated. PS I am in phase 2 trying to get another 5-10 lbs. off and have kind of stalled even though I am very active with exercise everyday. Guest guest
If someone's not a vegetarian, though, those low protein figures aren't realistic. ann > > Hi, > > I would shoot for 20 to 24 percent of my diet being > protein, about 54-56 percent of my diet from carbs, > and the rest of my daily intake would be fat.
