Man was I glad to hear that! I started this process very overweight. I hate

even reading the medical reports from the ER, where they would make

references " this is an obese female " . It just seemed like a label, a

judgement. I actually had one of my primary care doctors say to me, after I

had expressed concern about what weight I had lost, " Well Marti, fortunately

you are one of those people who can go a month without eating and still be

ok. " Needless to say, I am no longer his patient.

My GI, when I told him that, and told him my concerns about the amount of

weight I have lost since June 1 (50 lbs) he said, well, if you started at out

at 100 pounds all these doctors would have been concerned, now wouldnt they.

He just said, let's keep an eye on it. No judgement, etc. Nice change.

I wish the Doctors that say I look so much better could eat like me for just

one week....45 pounds lost since May....
