Guest guest
The values Ann gave from USDA are for California Avocados. I looked up the following in Bowes & Churches Food Values Book. I put them in the Stanford Planner to get these values which are per 100g: California Avocado 2.14, 17.34, 6.94 Florida Avocado 1.58, 8.88, 8.91 Cammie > > Thanks Ann, > > Very cool site! Guest guest
My son will NOT eat the chicken pancakes. > Actually he is turning his nose up to chicken these > days. He is into the hamburgers I mix ALL sorts of > veggies in for him. , If you don't want to use red meat all the time try this: 1/2 pound minced veal 1 egg or just the yolk 1-2 tablespoons grated onion 1/4 cup almond flour salt and pepper snipped basil and oregano 1/4 cup tomato juice a tiny dash of cinnamon Preheat oven to 350. press mixture into a foil min loaf pan and top with whipped cauliflower. Place on small toaster oven tray and bake uncovered 90 minutes. Cool slightly before serving. Carol F.
