RE: Avocado

The values Ann gave from USDA are for California Avocados. I looked

up the following in Bowes & Churches Food Values Book. I put them in

the Stanford Planner to get these values which are per 100g:

California Avocado 2.14, 17.34, 6.94

Florida Avocado 1.58, 8.88, 8.91

My son will NOT eat the chicken pancakes.

If you don't want to use red meat all the time try this:

1/2 pound minced veal

1 egg or just the yolk

1-2 tablespoons grated onion

1/4 cup almond flour

salt and pepper

snipped basil and oregano

1/4 cup tomato juice

a tiny dash of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. press mixture into a foil min loaf pan and top with whipped

cauliflower. Place on small toaster oven tray and bake uncovered 90 minutes.

Cool slightly before serving.
