I cannot advise on losing or gaining weight. My body just packs it on no matter what I do, and I have

given up dieting for any reason except gastro. However, you can try some isometric exercises for

breast firming, invest in a slightly padded bra, and wear layers of clothing to look bulkier while you

are trying to stabilize your appearance. It is winter time, after all, so wearing several layers should

not be a problem right now. Some gentle stretching and muscle building exercises will help you with
