Guest guest
Ellen, I am the same as you. I barely eat, yet I am still overweight. I am rarely hungry now of days and when I eat I wish I hadn't. A reason that the weight may be staying on even though I'm not eating is the fact that the body goes into starvation mode when it is deprived of what it needs--which means your metabolism slows down. Maybe some day I'll take this weight off. I don't wish to take it off the way the others here do, I'd rather be fat (dont take offese anyone!!!)
