Guest guest
Congratulations Kay, what a great feeling that must be!! Can't wait to get to that point! Shoppin' --- I was shopping today at a thrift store (I don't want to spend money on new clothes I will be out of before getting my money's worth). I bought a pair of Khaki shorts in a 16w for 'someday'. I started out this journey not being able to wear size 22.I tried on the shorts to see how far from wearing them I was.........They fit. Maybe get that one suit in your ultimate size, but get something else, too, that is just a little smaller and hang that up where you can see it. I say this because if something is WAY TOO small, it gets REALLY discouraging knowing how far you have to go. If you get something that is just a little small, you will get into it real fast, then get something else a little small, and so on. It really helps to see the progress. If your outfit is REALLY small you won't see the progress as fast and get discouraged. Carol > ----- Original Message ----- > Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat.
