Guest guest
This is something I don't " get " .Why can't you just do the next dose right away as soon as you remember you skipped it?If giving ALA & DMSA wouldn't any floating around metals/elements get mopped up and dumped?I am not a chemist....I am only asking a question and wondering what the reason is for not being able to administer a dose right away. Thanks, R

This happens to some degree at the end of every round of chelation. It is the effect of a " last dose " -- any dose which is not closely followed by another dose. The reason you stop the round is to rest between rounds. You already " ended " the round by the too-long-time. So, while it is true that you COULD do one round, then stop and 8 hours later start another round, that is not how most people do it. Instead they WAIT SEVERAL DAYS before the next round. This is the same thing, in this case. does that help? Moria
