I received an email from . She is doing very well. Here is part of what

she had to say;

" My symptoms I had before surgery are gone but of course my head hurts from the

incision. My neck muscles get sore holding my head up so I rest a lot. A quick

few details about surgery, my compression went down into my C-1 and the Dr

removed part of my c-1 and then patched the dura (with cadaver) and then that

was it. "

She also said when she is feeling a little stronger she will post to the group

about her ngs. She said he is fantastic.

I also want to say thank you for those who responded to my strange sensation

question. I did find out that the Vioxx can make you sensitive to the sun and

that is probably what is causing the weird feelings in my scalp. The pharmacist

recommend that I wear a hat if I am going to be out in the sun for very long. (I

hate wearing hats).
