Hi:

I've had CP for over eight years and I'm still here!

From the little that I've researched about the cancer risk, it seems to be

rather low for those who do not have the inherited type.

Sadly, the risk is increased with the other type.

I also learned that CP and smoking are a bad combination as far as a cancer

risk is concerned.

As with countless other subjects, there's a great deal of data on the Net.

Thank you for your ideas Poncho I have often wondered about chemicals as a

cause. I worked as a hairdresser when I was younger and was exposed to a lot

of chemicals. My son once cut out an article from the paper that mentioned

this and hairdresser in particular. I myself dont worry about the things

like the 7 year theory one has to take each day as it comes.
