Guest guest
No, this is the baby we've been waiting for... spent Monday at the hospital waiting! It's Ronnie's sister's () daughter's (Amy) baby (Carlee) Are you with me? That would make her my great-niece I guess. I'm just being "Aunt Christy" though and , although they are actually ummmm would it be 1st cousins once removed? She and Amy are 1st cousins (by marriage, not blood) and this is Amy's baby so 1st's once removed. I guess. I think to be second cousins, both have to be the next generation. Anyway, she's being called Aunt . That's a mouthful. Should be interesting to see who she "ends up" being. The scary thing is that I have become the "baby expert" since I seem to have more answers than anyone else and I give answers that seems to coincide with her baby books. LOL This is her first and she's a bit nervous. I'm shocked she let feed her but she seemed OK with it and actually seemed to enjoy the break! The new will wear off soon enough. Guest guest
She's really getting good at it... and at changing diapers! She's been working at the daycare center for a week now and she just got her "own room" they call her Miss . For some reason I think that's funny as hell! She says she gets those babies going in an assembly line at changing time... along with "gloves on, get baby, change baby, put the baby down, gloves off, wash the table with clorox, wash hands, get another baby..........." It's funny to hear her tell stories about it. There's one little girl, about 3 or 4, that puts one hand on her hip, leans that hip out and snaps with her other hand and says "Teacher, oh miss, come do [this.... or that.... or the other......] this minute." said she's so cute with little curls, but that voice! hehehe I said, "Is her name ?" hehehe Nah, . LOL Thsi week, she's got the 5-7 year olds and they're trying to find a "place" for when school starts Friday. I think she'll rotate rooms while everyone goes to lunch (she'll get to work around 11:00) and then when school is out, she'll have her room of 5-7 year old until 7 pm. It makes for a long day! She'll get used to it. This week she worked 9 am to 7 pm every day so we'll just throw school into the mix now and she what happens! Re: pictures Ha ha...cool. Dr. Christy-Spock.
