And here I thought they just put the mayo on the roof in the sun for awhile. lol Sounds almost like sandwich spread, anyone remember that?? You can still get it in some areas.

*****************************MC DONALDS SECRET BIG MAC SAUCE*****************************This recipe is from the 1968 Mc's Manager's Handbook put out in 1969They quickly removed the recipe after realizing they had a very appealing "secret sauce." It was included as an emergency recipe in the event a particular store ran out of the pre-made sauce. Enjoy! ORIGINAL BIG MAC SAUCE1/4 cup KRAFT Miracle Whip1/4 cup mayonnaise2 heaping tablespoons WISHBONE deluxe Frenchsalad dressing (the orange stuff)1/2 tablespoon HEINZ sweet relish2 heaping teaspoons VLASIC dill pickle relish (Heinzdill relish also works)1 teaspoon granulated sugar1 teaspoon dried, minced onion1 teaspoon white vinegar1 teaspoon ketchup1/8 teaspoon saltMix everything very well in a small container. Microwave 25 seconds, and stir well again.
