We haven't used her specifically, but I know many people who have that have

been happy with her. She is a bit pricey but seems to know her stuff. The

only negative I've heard from folks is that she doesn't always listen very

well and sometimes gets stuck on her specific protocol and doesn't

individualize as much as the few people I've heard this from would like her

to.

We chelated through Dr. Hansen who used to handle all the chelation

cases for Dr. Block.

Thanks!! She seemed to know her stuff when I met with her, and she

was very open to the things I had already tried for my daughter. I

hope she continues to listen and be open-minded, and it is nice to

hear people have been happy with her. You're right, she is pretty

expensive, but I have gotten used to that being the case with

evrything???

I met Dr. Block at the Open Windows conference last year and visited with

her extensively. She's the parent of a former ADHD child and went to

medical school because she grew tired of giving her daughter drugs that

didn't really seem to fix the problem. She was also very tired of getting

the run around from doctors. She is VERY dedicated to helping parents and

children get to the root of the problem--be it allergies, nutritional

deficiencies, toxicity, etc.

If you can't afford to see her, you should get ahold of one of her books or

videos. That will at least get you started.

I have been acquainted with Dr. Block for several years.

I like working with her, but I know others haven't. I would advise

you to have an idea of what you want to do before you go because you

can be overwhelmed with everything that is thrown at you at the

first visit!! She doesn't accept any insurance, so you have to file

on your own. I have taken the approach of doing the tests, etc. as

I can afford them and in order of importance. The 30-day program

you mention cost $2500 - I'm considering it for later in the year.

She had previously recommended not starting it until the child is

pretty free of metals, she may have changed this after working with

it for awhile. If you have other questions, let me know, and I will

try to answer them.

Blessings
