Kind of bummed

Cause having a lot of trouble snacking. Got to pay attention to how I feel

emotinally and if I'm not hungry drink a glass of water and wait until it is

time to eat a meal.

I do fine for breakfast, morn snack and lunch. Between lunch and dinner I do

mindless snacking then feel bad about myself. I need to stop the snacking.

I do walk everyday. Haven't done any other exercise like I used to. House

cleaning might be spraying lysol for today. Just want to get myself on some kind

of healthy eating plan. I know the longer I get on track the better I will feel,

both emotionally and physically.
