Hi ,

Welcome Back!

Glad to hear that had a good time.

Today on the Rose Parade, the Give Kids the World had a float that won a trophy called "Village of Hope." It was beautiful. It was like a toy land. This was the first year they entered a float. There were 60,000 (I believe roses) to represent the 60,000 kids that have visited them in the last 10 years. The presentation about the float and giving kids hope was touching.

Happy New Year!

Darlene

, you continue to inspire me with your positive attitude. How you can all be sick and still have a great time is "like

WOW" to me. I am especially glad for . She was not sick and had fun. That was like giving her the world. GOOD FOR HER. Glad you are back.

Hey guys!

We are back from 's MAW trip.

I hope everyone had a wonderful, blessed Christmas!

The limo arrived on time to pick us up for the hour + ride to the airport. We got to the airport only to find out our flight had been cancelled. They booked us on a flight for 4 in the afternoon this was 10:30 a.m. I knew would not hold up long enough to wait for this flight but nobody could do anything to help. No other flights and MAW had no one in the office to help. We were to just wait. Then they called our name on the loud speaker...they had decided to send another plane in at 2 p.m. everyone else who had a car had left the airport and would return later. We were the only ones on this flight because we had no way to leave. We ended up traveling all day and arriving at Give Kide The World at 10p.m. Oh and to add to all the excitment our oldest daughter Brittney began throwing up at the airport and continued on the plane on man. I told her that she was the most graceful I had ever seen to throw up on a plane. She was sick two days, then on Christmas day I got it and on Friday Tommie got it. Today he is feeling much better and back at work. praise God has not gotten it.

Despite all the sickness, our trip was great fun. We did not see much but had great fun and thats all that matters. GKTW is an awesome place where the kids are truely royalty. We came back with 2 extra bags of gifts the girls recieved!

If anyone is planning a MAW trip to Disney stay at GKTW you will be so glad you did! I will be glad to fill you in on anything you want to know, just email me.

I need to go but I wanted to let you know we are back and a SPECIAL WELCOME to all the new ones here, I look forward to getting to know you and yours.

Happy new year to all of you!
