Hi Cheryl,

I'm trying harder to eat bigger meals that fill me up so I don't need

to snack, as I have the same problem. I'm also trying hard to eat

mindfully (consciously). As soon as I realize I'm eating without

paying attention, I stop for a while, even if I'm still hungry. When I

feel like I can pay attention again, I'll eat a little more.

I do fine for breakfast, morn snack and lunch. Between lunch and dinner

I do mindless snacking then feel bad about myself. I need to stop the

snacking.

I do walk everyday. Haven't done any other exercise like I used to.

House cleaning might be spraying lysol for today. Just want to get

myself on some kind of healthy eating plan. I know the longer I get on

track the better I will feel, both emotionally and physically.
