I have one this to say, This is about time. I am glad to see that

it has been revamped. I have disagreed with it for years on the

whole vegi/fruit ratio and carbs...

According to the press release, the whole idea of the revamp was to make it

more applicable to all by making it more flexible. I haven't had time to

study it yet but I'm curious to see what they've come up with in this latest

rendition.

I also have to wonder now if my registered version of

fitday will change with the new guidelines

automatically..
