I used them in chicken soup.

I love Amy's cream of tomato soup.. it's one of my favorites. Too bad

it's not cheaper. I've tried alternate GF brands but none have

compared with Amy's. I do have to fight my husband for it though,

haha. He wants to eat it too!

Progresso soups clearly label, and the last time I checked their cream of

mushroom was GF. Just keep in mind to read the label, not just their allergen

statement, bc even if there is no wheat in the allergen statement they sometimes

have wheat starch in the ingredients. Also keep in mind that their soup is no

condensed (like s and other cream soups) so adjust any additional

liquids accordingly.

Lorraine,

I get 'A Taste of Thai' rice noodles. They sell them at BJs wholesale

club (therefore, really cheap -- 3 boxes for ~$5.50 or so.) I haven't

looked for them elsewhere, although I'm sure you could figure out were

they are distributed through. They say " Gluten Free " right on the

box, which is always reassuring. They're very good -- and come in

several sizes, including a wide one.

Hope this helps,

(Cville, VA)

I've never found any wide rice noodles or egg rice noodles, but I would really like to know where to buy some. I usually make my own but it's a lot of work, so not often. Shirley in
