Guest guest Posted June 15, 2004 Report Share Posted June 15, 2004 Centrum also makes an adult chewable. I purchased a bottle pre-op, and also have some childrens chewables. My doc has said the childrens are a better bet...take one chewable twice a day...allows for better absorption as our bodies can only absorb so much at one time.
