Is it okay to use whole wheat flour? I am looking for cranberry sauce/salad recipes I can work with. I did pick up a book that is 501 recipes that seems to have some things that look good. I don't want to use the chemical sweeteners that they used, though, so have to figure out how to change to the Splenda or Stevia.
