Guest guest
If you carried your son to term your cervix is probably fine. The length of the cervix is measured with a transvaginal ultrasound. The probe is similar to a tampon only longer. It is much more comfortable than an internal exam. How often your cervix gets checked is based on its length. Mine was measured weekly. Try not to worry and decrease stress as much as possible. Also some drs feel bed rest is just as effective as a cerclage. UU

Guest guest
Thanks for your response. I am just worried as some of my friends said that a D & C can make the cervix incompetant along with a septate uterus.I am really so stressed out that I might just go insane one of these days. Anyways, all I can do is hope and pray for the best. Thanks. > > > If you carried your son to term your cervix is probably fine. The > length of the cervix is measured with a transvaginal ultrasound.
