Guest guest Posted July 6, 2004 Report Share Posted July 6, 2004 Sounds to me like your weight isn't moving on the scale right now because of your increase in muscle mass.....which is an excellent thing! Muscle weighs more than soft tissue and it also makes you a more efficient fat-burning machine. Just keep up the good work and your weight WILL start to fall again.
