I am trying to firm up my stomach, thighs and my wings..lol I try to eat

all protein if I can. Sometimes I have a salad and put allot of meat and eggs

in it.

Sounds to me like your weight isn't moving on the scale right now

because of your increase in muscle mass.....which is an excellent

thing! Muscle weighs more than soft tissue and it also makes you a

more efficient fat-burning machine.

Just keep up the good work and your weight WILL start to fall again.

If you cut back and decrease your food too much you'll begin to lose

some of that nice muscle you worked so hard to build!
