Well, I don't know what to say other than that feeling a big overwhelmed sounds very normal and kinda uncomfortable. Take care of yourself however you can > I don't know what > to feed her and if I do think of something I don't know what > pots/pans/skillets are safe? here is some " yeast " reading material for ideas on that: http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm /files/neutrophils.html Actaully, that is more about things to help with yeast than what to feed her. Although low/no sugar comes to mind. And " live " yogurt (the grocery store stuff usually isn't; the HFS stuff usually is. If she is GFCF you can get soy yogurt unless you also avoid soy.) Probiotic capsules work just the same though, so you don't need to feed her this.... I'm just rambling on about " food " . I *think* that glass pots are SUPER safe, and stainless steel are pretty darned good. I'm personally sorta wary of aluminum, and VERY wary of teflon or " coated " pots. In a microwave, glass is the safest, and HARD plastics that are MADE for microwaves are better than the soft plastics (made for food storage), I think. > > The doctor's plan is to get the bacteria and then the yeast under > control (31 days worth od prescription and probiotics), then maybe we > can start to address the metals issue. That seems okay to me, I think it will take you a little while to digest all this and get prepared for it. Keep reading. good wishes, Moria
Guest guest
Brandee, If this is a DDI hair analysis, please post all the elements for help with the counting rules. > Try to identify and eliminate/reduce her exposure to the toxic metals which showed high. Aluminum: vaccines, fluoridated water, aluminum cookware, baking powder, etc. Arsenic: treated lumber, stain resistant, pesticides sprayed on cotton fields, golf courses, and orchards in particular. Bismuth: Pepto Bismol, balmex. Tin: toothpaste, processed cheese, and canned pineapple(?). Mercury: mercury amalgam dental fillings (in individual or mother during pregnancy or breastfeeding), vaccines, coal-fired power plants, etc. Check Dana's website for a more thorough list. > How old is Hannah? Does she have any mercury amalgam dental fillings?
