My daughter is also very interested in eating since coming off the meds.

Perhaps you can start with a washcloth soaked in soda water or just

plain water to get the swallowing going.

Home made apple sauce would be good. I know its not a veggie, but it

should be okay on the diet if calculated in. I am not sure of the

values. You would have to look it up.

You can hide butter or margarine in different things either a cheesecake

or frozen in cream.
