Does anyone have any experience with using a natural alternative

like L-5THP instead of prozac et al? My daughter was on 2ml a day of

prozac for 3 years and she is having a difficult time overall with

the withdrawl effects. She has been off the med for about 2 months.

Any direction and/or advice would be so greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Inositol works great for my son. He is little, 2 1/2 yo, 24 lbs, I

give him about 1 gram per day.

Andy says 1 to 4 grams per day if I recall correctly, you can check

the archived messages.

Prozac needs to be VERY VERY gradually reduced, over a

period of weeks.

I realize that is not what you asked but wanted to throw

this out in case it is an issue. If you stop too quickly

it can result in depression (and maybe other effects).

good wishes,
