I'm planning on making a burgundy pork loin tonight for dinner and it calls for a packet of dry brown gravy mix. I know where I can buy this (gf version) but the store is not close (nor is the gf stuff cheap.) It would seem to me it's just a ratio of cornstarch (flour?), boullion and seasoning, but I don't know what this would be. Any suggestions?
