Guest guest Posted July 17, 2005 Report Share Posted July 17, 2005 Hi melody, here is my wk report, Mon did 80 mins excercising 10 mins of that was on the elleptical machine, tues I walked 30 mins, wed I did 90 mins at the gym,20 mins of that was on the elleptical machine, thurs 60 mins gardening at my girlfriends house (shes away on holidays )then I swam for 15 mins and also walked 60 min at night with hubbie,friday I walked 20 mins and did my own flower bed 60 min and went to a wedding and danced 180 mins and had a ball ,total 575 minutes , and lost 1 1/2 lbs,contacted my team, drank water calorie chart and did the hula hoop, and today I went shopping and bought 5 pairs of earrings recipe for the challenge is easy take graham waffer top one side with a bit of peanut butter and then spread lite cool whip 1 inch thick and top with an other graham waffer freeze you now have a ice cream bar ( I also add a bit of chocolate syrup on top of the cool whip) dont know calorie s but Im sure its not.. being the only canadian on the loop can i have extra points.. lol __________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
