Contacted my teammates Walked four miles in the rain. My son and I had so much fun splashing in the puddles and looked like drowned cats when we got back to our cars. (He's almost 40). Walked to the LS walking tape twice (the one mile one) Danced for four hours. Boy those polka's and swings are really a workout. Going again tonight. This recipe came from a 27 year KOPS who hates cottage cheese as much as I do, but we both like this smoothie Mix in blender cottage cheese (if you blend the heck out of it, you don't taste it) a couple dollups of yogurt (any flavor) a hand full of strawberries a hand full of blueberries (both fruits can be frozen) I have also thrown in some crushed pineapple.
